I encountered numerous technical issues while attempting to complete this assignment, which were particularly frustrating given that they seemed to affect only me. The primary problem stemmed from the fact that the new Ryzen CPUs do not support onboard graphics. This limitation became evident when I discovered that the video output was not functioning correctly, which ultimately hindered my ability to work effectively on the project.

Initially, I was quite enthusiastic about the assignment and had high hopes for what I could create. I had laid out a comprehensive plan and was eager to dive into the composition process. However, as I began to work, it quickly became clear that the lack of onboard graphics support would prove to be a significant barrier. This issue not only prevented me from utilizing my primary workstation but also introduced a level of stress and frustration that I had not anticipated.

After wrestling with various troubleshooting methods in an attempt to resolve the graphics issue—such as updating drivers, checking connections, and exploring BIOS settings—I ultimately conceded that I would need to pivot my approach. In the end, I resorted to using a laptop to complete the assignment. While this allowed me to finish the project, I felt that it was not representative of my best work. The transition to a different device meant that I had to adjust to a different keyboard, screen size, and overall workflow, which disrupted my creative flow.

Despite these challenges, I want to emphasize that my passion for composing remained intact throughout the process. I thoroughly enjoy the act of creating music and expressing myself through this medium. Even though the assignment did not turn out as I had envisioned due to the technical difficulties, I still found moments of joy and satisfaction in the composition itself. The experience taught me valuable lessons about adaptability and resilience in the face of unexpected obstacles, and I look forward to applying these insights to future projects.
