Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download, they are generally deemed "used" upon purchase or download. Therefore, Syncraftian operates a strict no-refund and no-return policy for digital products, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any digital products from our website.

1. No Returns / Final Sale

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be physically returned or depleted. Once a digital asset, software, license key, template, or downloadable file has been purchased and access is granted (either via direct download or email), the sale is considered final, and the product is non-returnable.

2. Exceptions / When We Issue Refunds

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your experience at Syncraftian. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of the Product: Due to mailing or technical issues, you do not receive the download link or access credentials. (Please check your spam/junk folder first).

  • Major Defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If the digital product has a fatal flaw, bug, or corruption that prevents it from working, and our technical support team cannot resolve it within [e.g., 3 to 5] business days, a full refund will be issued.

  • Product Not-As-Described: If the delivered product is materially different from what was described, demonstrated, or previewed on the product page. (Slight variations or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify).

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product twice in the same transaction or within a short time frame, we will happily refund the duplicate charge.

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

We cannot grant refunds or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • You no longer want or need the digital product.

  • You purchased the product by mistake but have already clicked the download link.

  • You do not have the correct software, hardware, or technical skills required to use the product (all system/software requirements are clearly listed on our product pages).

  • You found a similar or alternative product elsewhere after purchasing from us.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the criteria for an exception outlined in Section 2, please submit a refund request to our support team:

  1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase.

  2. Your Order ID / Receipt Number.

  3. A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund (including screenshots of any technical errors, if applicable).

5. Abuse of the Refund Policy

Syncraftian reserves the right to refuse refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud, account abuse, or exploitation of our refund terms (e.g., purchasing multiple items and requesting refunds for all of them to obtain free assets).

If a refund is granted for a digital product, your license to use that product is immediately revoked, and you must permanently delete all copies of the file(s) from your devices.
